If you wish to collect in person at the same internet advertised price and negate shipping charges You MUST have paid for the order online and been advised by us it is ready for collection otherwise the price is as listed or quoted in the shop at the time you visit our shop. Our acceptance of an order takes place on despatch of the order, at which point the purchase contract will be made and you will be charged for your order. The responsibility for the goods as shipped is ours until you are in receipt of the goods.
All goods are sold subject to availability. If an order is delayed due to stock availability we will advise you by e-mail and offer the option to cancel the order with a full refund.
Payment will be in full and accepted by credit or debit card, bank transfer, cheque or cash in person and will be in Pounds Sterling.

A flat rate of £4.95 will be charged on all orders and dispatched within 1 working day. We use Royal Mail's 1st Class delivery service or APC next day service. We must be notified of any items damaged in transit, short delivered or not as ordered within 7 days of receipt. After 7 days you will be deemed to have accepted the order as undamaged and correct.
Recycled packaging will be used whenever possible.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you (the buyer) have a period of 14 days after the date of delivery within which you can cancel this purchase and get your money back, including the original postage and packing charges. However, you (the buyer) must pay for the cost of returning the item which should be sent by recorded delivery.
If you wish to cancel your purchase you must notify us within 14 days of taking delivery using the contact form. Any un-wanted item returned, must be un-used and in the original un-damaged saleable packaging and sent along with your original receipt within 21 days of taking delivery. Items not returned within 21 days will be deemed to have been accepted. Personalised or specially ordered items are not returnable unless faulty. Please note that you (the buyer) are responsible for the cost of returning the item.
If you think you have Faulty/Damaged goods you should first state the problem using the contact form. The goods should then be returned by recorded delivery within 7 days again stating the nature of the fault and accompanied with your original receipt for a full refund or exchange.
